I keep coming back to this hotel because the staff is so helpful. They even helped me with my heavy bags when I first arrived. The hotel has everything I need, from free Wi-Fi to a 24-hour security and a TV room. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

The rooms were lacking basic amenities such as a lock on the door, a bin, and a tea/coffee making facility. The hotel did not have on-site parking, which was inconvenient.
